The workflow

Prepare ComfyUI
Update ComfyUI and check the official Wan2.1 guide for model and dependency requirements.

Load the 1.3B workflow
Download the files from the guide, place them in the specified folders, and import its example workflow.

Run a short test clip
Begin with the example settings. Check memory use and render time before increasing resolution or duration.
When it doesn’t go to plan
GPU memory is exhausted
Reduce resolution or frame count. Consult ComfyUI memory management guidance. No tested hardware minimum is available here yet.
